Location: Lucky Bansko complex is located at the entrance of Bansko, at the foot of Pirin Mountain, Bulgaria.
The concept and its implementation do not target the sale of housing estates alone, but also the provision of quality hotel service, combining five-star level service, furnishing and equipment.

Deluxe lifts, ventilation, a laundry facility, a fireplace and kitchenette in each apartment, a fire extinguishing system, sound system and aromatisation system.
The complex also has backup electricity supply, water reserve facilities, anti-frost systems, satellite TV and wireless Internet.
Special attention has been paid to noise insulation in the residential and hotel parts.

- Late cancellation - penalty 1 night, NO-SHOW - penalty 2 nights. For Christmas and NY Period - 100% penalty is charged
