• The prices include: free use of outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna, steam bath, cold room.
• MINIMUM STAY of 5 NIGHTS and obligatory HB supplement for all ARIIALS in the period 29.12-02.01 included
• Christmas obligatory dinner on 24 or 25.12.2011 - 52 EUR per person., children 6-12 y.o. receive 50% discount. Dinners are exclusive of beverages. The hotel reserves the right to arrange 2 sittings for the dinner.
• New Year Festive dinner (obligatory) on 31.12.2011 - 110 EUR per person, children 6-12 y.o. 50% discount. No beverages included. For restaurant Come Prima the prices of the dinners are different. The hotel reserves the right to arrange 2 sittings for the dinner. The HB meals are served in restaurant Gallery.
• Children ages 6-12 years : A maximum of one (1) child can share parents' room (possible in Deluxe room, Executive Club room, Junior Suite); Children ages 6 to 12 years will be charged with EUR 22,00 for extra bed per child including breakfast per day. Children under 6 years - free of charge.
• Resort fee (single payment): 6 EUR per person over 5.99 yrs. per day

Terms for cancellation:

Mid-Season and Low season release: 10 days prior to the arrival date- Cancellations received after the release date will be charged with 100% of the first room night , cancellations 7 days prior arrival 50% penalty of entire stay will apply, cancellations 2 days prior arrival 100% from the entire stay at the contracted rate.

High Season release: 30 days prior to the arrival date- Cancellations received after the release date will be charged with 100% of the first room night, 21 days prior arrival will be charged with 50% from the entire stay at the contracted rate; 14 days before arrival - 100% penalty from the entire stay will apply.

In case of no received cancellation and in case of no arrival the reservation will be treated as a No-show. No-Shows will be charged for the entire stay booked (100% charge) including half board supplements, spa treatments, transfers and etc., regardless the reservations are prepaid.

Cancellations must be advised in writing and proof of acknowledgement by the Hotel should be retained.

All reservations are payable prior to arrival:

Mid-Season and Low season: 100% of the total Revenue is required 10 days prior to the arrival date.

High Season: 100% of the total Revenue is required 30 days prior to the arrival date.
